Seafront Open Top Bus

Seaside Service is back with a smile for 2025! Last year Southend had two open top routes. This year both are merged together to create the NEW open top route 99! 99: Leigh-on-Sea > Chalkwell > Westcliff > Southend Pier > Thorpe Bay > Shoeburyness, East Beach. Running everyday it's a great way to see the seafront from a new perspective!

Waddle-on-Sea

Waddle-on-Sea created by Havens Hospices and Wild in Art – features 31 large penguin sculptures and 72 baby sculptures dotted throughout the city, including Leigh-on-Sea. It's a fantastic art trail for all ages!
