The first ‘Summer Wellbeing Concert’ from ‘Nexus Wellbeing’ is being held at Haven’s Community Hub in Hamlet Court Road Westcliff-on-Sea.
It is a relaxing event focusing on your wellbeing by combining live music and gentle yoga! Featuring the soothing music from talented musicians Lele Bizzoca on classical guitar and Shanti Jayasinha on cello. Presenting flowing yoga and moving meditation by experienced yoga teachers Carmen Woods and Nicole Schenackenburg.
This is a free event, sponsored by ‘The City Celebration Fund’ of Southend-on-Sea. It is an event that aims to help you to experience music and wellbeing activities in a more relaxed way, helping you let go and connect with yourself and others.
