The Kite Festival

The Kite Festival is in it’s 2nd year. Southend Alternative Airshow.

The sky will be filled with colour, all types of kites from superman to flying fish and loads of ‘regular kites. We will be joined by at least 5 professional kite flyers and weather permitting a sail past by Essex Kitesurfers. A real family fun day, if you don’t have a kite don’t worry, kites will be available on the day, for a recommended donation of £2.

You’ll be able to take advantage of the many restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels along the Eastern Esplanade or bring a picnic. See you there!
