Why we are fundraising!
We are thrilled with what we have all achieved as a community with phase one of The Ironworks Southend
Whilst the ground floor of the unit is fantastic- it’s busy and bustling, we need to open up the other 4 floors in this magnificent building to not only take this project to the ’next level’ but open up vital income streams to truly make The Ironworks sustainable – phase 2.

WE NEED YOUR HELP to do this!

We are launching a campaign to raise the funds to install a working lift and an additional stairwell.

The Ironworks Southend is a venue for YOU, for everyone in this community, and amongst the many plans, we hope to build a state of the art ‘Community Theatre’, with performances space, rehearsal rooms, extra exhibition space and an area to host a City Centre Youth Club. This will not only bring in the additional income to the not for profit CIC – it will provide jobs opportunities and even more opportunities for us all to enjoy.
