Create and decorate your own unique fabric map of Southend’s historic Southchurch Hall using DIY block printing stamps and basic hand stitch techniques inspired by history, nature and place.

A treasure map or a historic artefact – what will you create?
Learn directly from artist, Philippa Stewart, to design your map using printing and basic hand stitch techniques!
• The workshop is 2 hours long, with a short break in between.
• The workshop will be held outside, right beside Southchurch Hall. In case of rain and to provide shade, there will be gazebos.
• This workshop is family friendly and ideal for children to get creative!
• Tickets are £8.50/participant. You will need one ticket per participant making a map.
Please note, children will need adult supervision at all times.
