Join the Leigh Folk Festival team on Saturday 25 June at Leigh Community Centre for a series of free workshops to learn the unique art of model making from world-leading film company Aardman Animations, the team behind Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Morph and Chicken Run. These sessions are completely free but booking is essential. They are suitable for all ages and abilities. Please book the session for the character that you’d like to learn to make.
Due to the nature of the activity it’s recommend participants wear clothing that they’re happy to get a little bit dirty. All equipment and materials will be provided for the session. Participants will be given a paper bag to take their model home at the end of the workshop.
