Come along to Southend Museum’s specialised Victorian Easter tour designed to illuminate the wonderful traditions and practices of our Victorian forebears, many of which still influence our Easter practices today. Learn about household traditions and cultural practices in the beautiful Victorian wing of our delightful Prittlewell Priory.
Then visit the Visitors’ Centre for a seasonal hot cross bun and hot drink.
These tours must be pre-booked here and tickets are £7/person. Each ticket includes one free hot drink and hot cross bun. Please book the amount of tickets equal to the number of people in your group.
Please note this is an adults only tour. There is a similar Easter history tour for children in the morning of the 10th of April.
