Westcliff Library is one of Southend Libraries 6 branches. Located on the London Road with street parking available. The building was constructed in 1958-60 by P F Burridge as a purpose built library branch. The building was categorised as Grade II listed on 24th April 1998.
Everyone is welcome to sign up to Southend Libraries to access a fantastic range of books and also Online resources. Pop along to Westcliff library to use the photocopying service, the free public WiFi or free computer access on the People’s Network, or check out the meeting room for hire. In addition, the library is wheelchair accessible, and toilets are available.
