Henry Burgers opened in Leigh in August 2014 with the aim of bringing something different to the local scene. Inspired by the “Food & Bar” culture from North America and Europe’s favourite party cities, from Brooklyn to the Balearics. The concept was to create a burger joint that also had the feel of a speakeasy style cocktail bar.
