Brownes Thames estuary boat trips offer a private charter boat hire service for the following activities- Sea Fishing, Seal trips, Sunrise & Sunset Cruises, Open Water Swimming, Sea Boot Camps on the mud, Educational School trips, Safety Boat hire, Scattering Of Ashes & All special occasions covering the Thames Estuary & other routes. Trips can be tailored to suit your needs.

The boats can take a maximum of 10 passengers (+ 1 skipper & 1 crew) and offers trips around the local area. Trips depart from Leigh On Sea & Southend Pier and will head along the coastline of Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend On Sea, Thorpe Bay & Shoeburyness.

We do have a minimum hire charge per trip (6 passengers)

With trips to Southend Pier, Benfleet, Mulberry Harbour, SS Richard Montgomery Ship, Queenbourgh (Kent), Red Sands Maunsell Forts, Shivering Sands, Knock John Fort, Whitstable Port & London there really is plenty to see and do.

Hire the boat for a few hours, half or the whole day enjoying the river all the way up to the Tower of London or even Brownes Epic Forts Tour, the choice is yours.

Southend Pier is a major landmark in Southend-On-Sea. Extending 1.33 miles into the Thames Estuary, it is the longest pleasure pier in the world (7,080 ft long & opened in 1889), this trip is great for photos & videos so bring your camera/phone!
