Strengthen and tone your body and mind with a new hatha yoga class on a Sunday morning.
Suitable for all levels, this session will help increase your flexibility and fitness whilst relaxing and calming your mind.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or want to get back to practising this new year, you are more than welcome.
Please bring a mat if you have one, and of course a smile!
This session is FREE on 15th Jan, but regular classes will take place every Sunday from 22nd Jan £8 per session.
