Sun Of A Beach have been running incredible house music events in Southend since 2011, and the brand has become synonymous with the high quality house music scene within the city. Always evolving, there have been so many memorable nights over those 15 years, and many of those who danced from day into night at the early events still make sure that Sun Of A Beach is a party they won’t ever miss!
A friendly welcoming crowd of the coolest people you could wish to meet, and a collection of the finest selectors on the scene, all passionate to the core about the music that brings them together – if you haven’t been before, then now is the time to become part of the SOAB family.
Heading the line-up will be the truly legendary Jon Pleased Wimmin!
JPW has been at the forefront of the British house music scene since the early 90’s, playing alongside the cream of international DJs throughout those years, and bringing a unique style to his sets whenever he plays – you can guarantee the energy will be off the charts, Jon truly knows how to move a crowd!
Special guests Tony Grimley (Culture Shock) and Billy Gunyon (My House) join this thoughtfully curated line-up along side residents Fluff, Paul Goodfellow, Jon Lupton, Matt Hellicar, Nick Donovan, Paul Housden and Nicky Clarke, with hosts Junior Scott, Marcus Bennett and Phil Foggs completing the DJ rosta. You’ll be dancing from start to finish!
The SOAB team are bringing in a superb sound system and room decor, so you’ll feel every beat as you hit the dance floor with friends old and new. And if a 2pm til 10pm party isn’t enough, there’s also an after party that will run til 2am.
This event is being held at the amazing Lounge Club & Hanger Bar, with 2 rooms of music, plus an outside terrace, 3 bars and hot food served throughout the day.
