Our Wellbeing Concert is back at The Haven Community Hub! On Sunday 24th September from 1.30 till 3.30, we will be presenting a relaxing afternoon for you all, combining live music with yoga!
Featuring some very talented musicians – Clare Foster on vocals, Raffaele Bizzoca on classical guitar and Shanti Paul Jayasinha on Cello! Accompanied by the experienced wonderful yoga teachers Nicole Schnackenberg and Angela Dunn! We also have the lovely Sam Rose to welcome our guests on the day!
Our yoga classes are always optional and are suitable for all ages and abilities. Yoga mats are provided or you are welcome to bring your own. There is also the option of participating in our yoga classes in a chair if this is your preference.
Children are very welcome but please make sure they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to the nature of the event. Refreshments will be provided but alcohol will be prohibited also due to the nature of the event.
Our event is free, because we have fortunately been funded by The Community Investment Fund of Southend-on-Sea.
