Let’s help raise breast cancer awareness together.  Come to one of our free talks and learn how to self-examine and be breast aware. All talks are with a Nurse in a friendly, informal setting.

Saturday 1st – Saturday 8th October

Come visit Leigh-on-Sea to see the retailers decorate their windows pink and take part in the various fundraising activities.

Tuesday 4th October

1 to 1 appointment with our nurse learning how to self-examine. Held at Coco-Boo Lingerie in Leigh. Book through Lady McAdden website

Wednesday 5th October | 10am – 2pm

Come to the Ironworks Southend and discuss any breast concerns with our team.

Saturday 8th October | 1.30pm & 3pm

Free talks on how to self-examine with our nurse at Leigh Community Centre. Bring your friends

Saturday 8th October | 2.15pm

Come see a demonstration of the Beat It breast cancer rehab exercise class at Leigh Community Centre. Chat to the ladies in the class.
