Konsztrukting Soundz continues its adventurous concert series with Evening Eighteen – a night of improvised and experimental electroacoustic music featuring an eclectic mix of duos, trios, and a quartet.
The evening begins with C-Wot…, a quartet blending dub-infused grooves, space-rock energy, and abstract soundscapes. Next up, percussionist Stuart Wilding and pianist and trumpeter Pete Robson join forces in a duo of raw textures and spontaneous interplay. Elien De Schryver (violin), Barbara Mukoda (flute), and Andrea Bolzoni (electronics/guitar) then create immersive layers of sound that shift between delicate atmospheres and bold improvisations. Closing the night, Hell0 Spiral and Hardworking Families present a duo exploring feedback, electronics, and visceral sonic experiments.
As always, the chapel’s intimate setting amplifies the spirit of sonic explorations and dialogue between musicians and audience alike. With sounds ranging from meditative to chaotic, Evening Eighteen invites listeners to immerse themselves in an unpredictable sonic journey where every performance is created in the moment.
Tickets: £10 advance (https://wegottickets.com/event/668241), £15 cash or card on the door.
