Brought to you by Enable East and Multiply, this one day course seeks to help you address financial worries whilst looking after your wellbeing; with ideas for managing outgoings and developing a positive relationship with money.
There will also be the opportunity for a further 1-1 session offering personalised support.
On completion of the course and 1-1 session, each participant will receive a £10 supermarket voucher and certificate.
