DARYL SHERMAN (with Digby Fairweather!)

Southend Jazz Festival is delighted to welcome this much-loved stalwart of the New York jazz scene to Southend, joined by her good friend and local jazz legend, Digby Fairweather. Come and join in for our first fundraising event of 2024.

Rhode Island born Daryl Sherman has been a part of the New York City jazz scene since the mid-70s and she is one of the rare singing pianists equally talented in both roles. Sherman is a unique stylist with charm, quick wit , chemistry with her audiences and ability to make herself at home in any musical setting.
