Aglica Trio

Carys Gittins (flute), Agnieszka Żyniewicz (viola) and Lise Vandersmissen (harp) form the Aglica Trio. Bringing their Welsh, Polish and Belgian influences together, they explore a range of newly written contemporary compositions, as well as the standard trio repertoire. They were selected to be Live Music Now Musicians and Sofar Sounds Artists. They are the winners of the Supernova Competition for Chamber Music in Belgium. Soloists in their own right, the trio members have busy careers with professional orchestras across the UK and Europe.
