Kent Elms Library opened to the public in 1964, and is one of Southend Libraries 6 branches.
Everyone is welcome to sign up to Southend Libraries to access a fantastic range of books and Online resources. Pop along to Kent Elms library to use the photocopying service, the free public WiFi or free computer access on the People’s Network. The library is wheelchair accessible, with off street car parking located directly behind the building. There is also a meeting room available to hire.
