A solo acoustic performance in Southend’s oldest building, where Sam Duckworth (Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly) would sing at primary school. Join us under the Christmas lights in one of the most festive and picturesque backdrops the town has to offer, where GCWCF will perform solo, with profits going to HARP, Southend’s homelessness charity.
We also encourage all ticket holders to bring a new, unwrapped, toy for St Mary’s Church Christmas toy collection. Toys will be distributed to a variety of charities locally to support local families and children-in-need.
Signed show prints will be available, with money to be split between HARP and St Marys Church.
Please note St Mary’s is an active church and a historic, sacred building. We trust you will be respectful of this space and understand that it is a strictly alcohol-free space. Drinks will be available before, during intervals and after the show at the Blue Boar pub across the road and non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments available within the Church during a show interval. All ticket holders will be provided with wristbands that will allow re-entry to the church. Please note there is to be no smoking on the church grounds.
