Information for Caterers
The Southend Air Festival, now in it's 27th year, is the longest running seaside show.
It is an action packed two-day event, which will take place against the dramatic backdrop of the Thames Estuary on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th May 2012.
There will be a full afternoon's flying programme on both days featuring the best of military and civil aviation. The ground entertainments - including exhibits and attractions will run for nearly two miles along the seafront. An arena programme of entertainment will run on both days, and the armed forces are bringing an array of exciting interactive displays along to their town shows.

Important Notes
When returning your application, please ensure you also enclose:- a photograph of your unit
- a sample menu of the food you will offer at our event with prices
- copy of your current Public Liability insurance certificate (minimum cover of £5million).
- site plan of your proposed layout
