Coach Drivers Club Terms & Conditions

By registering with us for the Coach Discount Card you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer services team by emailing us at coach@stockvale.co.uk before completing this form.

It can take up to 1 hour to process your card upon receiving this completed form, it will then take a further 24 hours for your card to be activated to use at all of our attractions.

You must agree to have your photo taken for us to produce your card, this photo will
appear on a cashiers till screen whenever it is swiped. If you lend this card to another
person to use you will forfeit your card automatically and be barred from any further offers or discounts.

To be able to qualify for one of the discounts with your card, you must present a valid work ticket which shows and confirms that you have brought a coach to Southend on that day.
If you do not present a work ticket along with your discount card you will not be able to receive any discounts. The card can only be used on a day in which you have brought a coach to Southend.

You can purchase a maximum of three discounted wristbands each visit/day, you will
be given a voucher for each wristband which can be used on any day in which we are open until the 31st December 2011.

You can only purchase ONE discounted meal (Inclusive of one drink) for yourself per day, card transactions are continuously monitored and any abuse will result in your card being revoked and you will be barred from any future offers or discounts.

All offers/discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notification. Wristband vouchers you purchase will be assigned to your account details, these vouchers cannot be sold on to other parties and are strictly for your own personal use. Anyone caught selling wristband vouchers will have their card revoked and be barred from any future offers.

Discount Cards are only valid up until the 31st December 2011, but the offer can be ended at any time without prior notification.

Discount cards remain property of The Stockvale Group. If you lose your card you will be required to pay a £5 administration fee for a replacement.
