Fees & Charges for Filming and Commercial Photography
An Administration Fee for processing your filming application will be charged.
Additionally you will be charged a Location Fee for filming in the borough. The amount is dependent upon where you want to film, the number of locations, the amount of time and whether the filming is for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
On receipt of your application form, the fee will be discussed and agreed with you. A contract will be drawn up for both parties' signatures and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will issue an invoice to you for the agreed amount after the filming has taken place.
